In "When You Be Me," the bullied "three no girls" - Miya, Mika, and Mai - come from a humble, hardworking family where they struggle to fit in at school due to their lack of popularity, fashion sense, and confidence. On the other hand, the cynical second-generation school bully, Hiroko, comes from a wealthy and privileged family where she is expected to conform to high standards of appearance and behavior.
