As the FBI continues to close in on Huey P. Newton, he reaches out to longtime Hollywood producer Bert Schneider for help in escaping the country and seeking refuge in Cuba. Schneider, initially hesitant to get involved with a fugitive, ultimately agrees to assist Newton in a daring escape plan.
Together, Newton and Schneider navigate dangerous obstacles, including FBI surveillance and informant networks, as they make their way to a secluded safe house in Mexico. Along the way, they form a bond forged by their shared determination to fight back against government oppression and injustice.
Once in Cuba, Newton and Schneider must adapt to their new surroundings and build a new life while always looking over their shoulders for any signs of detection.
