As Carla and Dean settle into their new home, they start to notice strange happenings in the surrounding forest. Mysterious figures lurk in the shadows, and eerie whispers can be heard in the dead of night. The cult leader, a charismatic and manipulative man named Ezekiel, begins to exert his influence over the couple, drawing them deeper into his web of deception.
As Carla and Dean dig deeper into the cult's history, they uncover a dark and disturbing past. The cult believes in the existence of a powerful spiritual entity known as the Spirit of the Forest, a malevolent being that demands sacrifices in exchange for its protection and power.
